摘 要：社会经济的发展，带动了人们经济水平的上升，加上互联网技术的发展，让人们远距离、跨城市购买东西和服务成了现实，这也为物流运输企业的发展带来了时代机遇。物流企业想要实现长远发展，就一定要重视运输环节的中坚力量，也就是驾驶员。现阶段，很多物流运输企业中，都存在驾驶员大面积离职的问题，甚至成了整个行业的顽疾。因此，本文将结合物流运输企业驾驶员队伍建设现状，讨论驾驶员队伍建设措施。

Talking about the Construction and Application of the Driver Team in the Logistics Transportation Enterprise

Abstract：The development of social economy has led to the rise of people's economic level. Coupled with the development of Internet technology， it has become a reality for people to buy things and services from long distances and across cities. This also brings opportunities for the development of logistics and transportation enterprises. If logistics companies want to achieve long-term development， they must pay attention to the backbone of the transportation link， that is， the driver. At this stage， many logistics and transportation companies have the problem of large-scale resignations of drivers， which has even become a stubborn disease of the entire industry. Therefore， this article will discuss the driver team building measures based on the status quo of the driver team construction of logistics transportation enterprises.

1 物流運输企业驾驶员队伍建设现状

当前社会背景下，大部分运输企业驾驶员离职现象都较为严重，而物流运输企业对此的解决方式，就是加强招聘的力度。出现这种局面的原因，往往不一而足，不但和企业经营方向、经济效益有直接关系，如果企业效益较差，企业自顾不暇，则驾驶员不断离职尚情有可原;反之，如果企业经济效益尚可，依然将驾驶员离职的问题视作疥癣之疾，对驾驶员待遇有所忽视，无疑是不太正常的。尽管驾驶员流动现象，是每个物流企业难免的，但是如何尽最大努力，留住人才，使企业文化深入人心，同样也是物流企业应当引起重视的。驾驶员作为企业的医院，作为流动形象窗口，更是企业需要给予关心的群体，企业管理的最终指向，也会落到人身上，加强驾驶员队伍的凝聚力，提高驾驶员队伍建设水平，也是现阶段物流运输企业发展，面临的重要问题。……
