摘  要：随着时代的发展和科技的进步，对艺术人才的培养不再满足于国内需求，高素质的国际型艺术人才是各类艺术院校人才培养的重要目标。“互联网+”背景下艺术类高职学生必须适应网络化智能学习环境，培养自主学习的能力，奠定良好个体终身发展基础，才能保障自身在人才济济的就业市场博得一席之地。如何利用互联网实现个性化自主学习是英语教师所重视的问题。个性化自主学习的培养不仅关乎于学生是否发挥主体作用，是否实现自主制定的学习目标和学习方法，进行自我监督学习和调整以及自我评测，亦与英语教师在结合了网络教学手段的教学设计方案、教学实施过程和教学测评中是否起到协作者、指导者、组织者和监督者的作用紧密相关。

The Preliminary Study on Individualized Autonomous Learning of English for Vocational Art Students

under the Background of Internet Plus

Abstract： With the development of the era and the progress of science and technology， the need of the cultivation of international artistic talents is huge in the international world. Therefore， the cultivation of the high qualified talents is the most important aim for the college of art. Under the background of "Internet +"， art vocational students must adapt to the networked intelligent learning environment， cultivate the ability to learn independently， and lay a good foundation for individual life-long development in order to secure a place in the talented job market. English teachers should emphasize how to realize the English autonomous learning by internet. Besides concerning whether students play a main role to realize the targets and the methods of study for themselves， and conduct self-monitory， self-adjustment， self-evaluation， the cultivation of personal autonomous learning is affected by English teacher who plays the roles of collaborator， instructor， organizer and supervisor in teaching design， process and evaluation combined with network teaching means.

隨着社会对高端国际型艺术人才的需求日益增大，高职艺术院校须随市场需求，在人才培养的定位上及时做出相应调整。因此，高职英语教学的任务更是艰巨，在培养具有国际视野、跨文化能力和英语语言交际能力的职业型艺术人才中起着举足轻重的作用。网络时代下，高职艺术学生学习方式的多样化、个性化和网络化已成必然趋势。随着“互联网+教育”技术的应用，传统教师的“教”正在逐步向学生的“学”进行转变，充分激发其学习兴趣，使其成为学习主体。高职艺术学生整体素质亟待提高，学生学习能力的提高是解决问题的有效方法，而自主学习能力是学习能力的重要体现。……
