摘  要：以药剂设备应用技术课程为例，指出了课程教学中存在的GMP对设备洁净度要求和学生现场授课造成人员污染的问题;设备损毁率高影响教学的问题;教学设备迭代速度慢，难以适应制药科技发展速度的问题;实训室建设受场地和经费限制的问题。校企合作，工学结合，按照企业岗位要求整合、序化教学内容，结合企业一线需求建设课程资源，利用虚拟仿真技术，构建“虚实融合、理实一体”实践教学条件，强化教学评价，采用过程考核，对药物制剂设备课程中混合式教学模式的构建与实施路径进行了研究与实践。

Abstract： Taking the course "Pharmaceutical Equipment Application Technology" as an example， this paper points out the problems of GMP's requirement for equipment cleanliness and personnel pollution caused by students' on-site teaching. The problem of high equipment damage rate affecting teaching; The iterative speed of teaching equipment is slow and it is difficult to adapt to the development speed of pharmaceutical science and technology; The construction of training room is limited by the space and funds. The research and practice are carriedon the following aspects： we realize the university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning. The teaching contents and construction of curriculum resources are reorderd and rearranged in accordance with the requirements for enterprise. We satisfy the demand of the enterprise a line using the virtual simulation technology and build "the actual fusion and raising a body" practice teaching conditions， teaching evaluation， the assessment process and finally construct and implement the path of pharmaceutical preparations in hybrid teaching pattern of equipment.

2019年2月，國务院颁布了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》。根据方案要求，高职院校教学应明确问题导向，深化教学模式改革，提高人才培养质量。

药剂设备是药品生产的心脏，在保障药品质量、药品安全、药品无菌生产方面等具有不可替代的作用。随着新型技术、新设备在制药行业企业的应用，企业迫切需要既懂制药工艺和生产管理，又懂制药设备维护、维修的复合型高素质技术人才。

传统的药剂设备课程教学存在着硬件投入大、迭代速度慢、操作不安全等不利因素。迫切需要对现有教学模式进行改革，进行混合式教学模式应用研究与实践，满足教师灵活搭建课程和学生自主学习的需求提高学生的实践能力和岗位应对能力。……
