摘  要：大学生综合素质测评是学生在校表现的综合评价，具有引领学生全面发展“指挥棒”的作用，为学校开展评奖评优评先工作提供依据，是学校育人理念和办学传统的体现。对综合测评信息的研究能加深高校对大学生成长发展规律的认识，促进思想价值引领工作更好地开展。新时期大学生综合素质测评应当深度结合思想价值引领核心内容设置评价体系;进一步优化测评过程，加强测评信息研究;创新测评结果呈现形式，拓宽应用场景。

Abstract： College students' comprehensive quality assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of students' performance in colleges and universities， which plays a role in guiding students' all-round development. It also provides the basis for the university to carry out the work of evaluating the award， evaluating the excellent and evaluating the first， and is the embodiment of the university's education philosophy and tradition. The research of comprehensive evaluation information can deepen the understanding of the law of the growth and development of college students and promote the better development of ideological value guidance. The comprehensive quality assessment of college students in the new era should be combined with the core content of ideological value guidance to set up an evaluation system and further optimize the evaluation process， strengthen the evaluation information research. Innovate forms of evaluation results should be made and the application scenarios broadened.

習近平总书记在全国教育大会上指出，要培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人[1]，在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出，高校思想政治工作必须围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生，不断提高学生思想水平、政治觉悟、道德品质、文化素养，让学生成为德才兼备、全面发展的人才[2]。新时期对开展思想价值引领工作提出新的要求，在高校经过数年发展的综合素质测评逐渐成为引领大学生在校发展的“指挥棒”。探索符合新时期育人理念的大学生综合素质测评体系，使高校更好开展大学生思想价值引领工作，这对高校内涵式发展和培养担当民族复兴大任的新时代青年具有重要意义。

一、大学生综合素质测评体系及其重要功能
