摘  要：产教融合是指职业学校根据所设专业，将产业和教学相互融合，构建学校与企业浑然一体的办学模式。文章主要分析了职业院校开展产教融合的现状，现阶段产教融合中出现的主要问题，并且就这些问题提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract： The integration of production and education means the vocational schools closely integrate production and education according to their majors， form a school model that integrates schools and enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the integration of production and education in vocational colleges， and the main problems in the integration of production and education at this stage. And the paper proposes the improvement measures for these issues.

產教融合是职业院校为了提高学校的人才培养质量而与企业开展的校企合作，其本质就是产业与教育的密切结合，相互支持促进，实现双赢。产教融合的思想源于合作教育，最初由美国的教育家提出并在大学进行了课堂教学和企业实践的融合。在中国，产教融合萌芽于近代的“实业教育”阶段，随着经济和社会的发展，产教融合在教育中起着越来越重要的作用。国家也多次出台文件将“产教融合”作为现代职业教育的基本原则和指导思想。

一、产教融合的作用

（一）满足现代化建设的需要

随着国家经济的发展，产业格局也在发生着变化，逐渐从过去的低成本、劳动密集型产业，向现在的技术创新型产业发展。随着产业转型升级，社会所需的人才结构也会转变升级，这就意味着高校的人才培养结构也需要转变升级，产教融合就能满足产业转型对人才转型的要求。随着国家现代化建设的推进，应用型、工程型人才在现代化建设中将发挥越来越重要的作用，国家对这方面人才的需求也在不断增加，高校应紧跟现代化建设步伐，调整教学方式，运用产教融合为国家培养新型人才。……
