摘  要：课程亲和力是教师在教学过程中对学生形成的亲近感、吸引力和融合性，而针对性则是指教师从学生的现实需要出发，使整个课程教学过程贴近学生、贴近社会、贴近实际。然而现实的情况却是不同程度地普遍存在亲和力不够，针对性不强的突出问题，其原因有四：教材体系转化不到位、教学方式方法不灵活、教师整体素质不高和外部环境不优化。为提升我校环境工程微生物学理论课的亲和力和针对性，文章从顶层设计、方式方法、教师环节、外部环境等层面进行了改进和创新，取得了良好的效果。

Abstract： The affinity of the college theoretical course Environmental Engineering Microbiology is the closeness， attraction and integration formed between students and teachers during the teaching of environmental disciplines， while the pertinence refers to the efforts that teachers should make the entire environmental education process closer to students， society and reality on the basis of students' actual needs. However， to some degree， there exist some evident issues related to affinity in sufficiency and pertinence weakness， and there are four reasons： in sufficient transformation of the textbook systems， inflexible teaching modes and methods， low overall qualities of teachers and un-optimized external environments. To improve the affinity and pertinence of the college theoretical course Environmental Engineering Microbiology， improvement and innovation should be carried out in terms of the top-level design， methods， teachers and external environment.

在全國高校思想政治工作会议上，习近平总书记强调，“要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应”[1]。高校环境工程微生物学理论课也不例外，尤其是在提倡“绿水青山就是金山银山”的今天，高校的环境教育是建设生态文明、建设美丽中国的理论基石[2]。高校环境工程微生物学理论课承担着对环境领域的大学生进行全面系统介绍环境工程微生物学的重任，是后续专业课程的基础，也是锻炼实践能力的首要阵地。如何对高校环境工程微生物学理论课进行实践教学改革已成为学界研究热点问题之一。……
