摘  要：学科建设是高校整体水平的重要体现，是高校开展人才培养和专业建设的基础。该研究从全国水产学科发展状况出发，分析了地方农业院校水产学科发展面临的诸多问题。认真剖析了自身的优势特色及发展机遇，提出重点学科发展策略。加强地方农业院校水产学科建设，需要结合产业、准确定位、凝练特色;深化体制机制改革、加强师资队伍建设、提升整体科研实力;严把培养质量、紧扣育人目标、培养特色人才;加强交流合作，深入开展社会服务、促进交叉融合。

Abstract： Disciplinary construction is an important manifestation of the overall level of colleges， and is the basis for colleges to develop talent training and professional construction. Based on the development status of the national aquatic sciences， our study analyzed multiple problems faced by the development of aquatic sciences in local agricultural colleges. By analyzing its own advantages and development opportunities， the key discipline development strategies were proposed. It is necessary to combine industry， locate accurately and condense characteristicsto strengthen the construction of aquaculture subject in local agricultural colleges and universities. It requires deepening the system and mechanism reforms， reinforcing the construction of faculty， and enhancing the overall scientific research capabilities. These factors are important： controlling the quality of training， following the goals of educating， and cultivating the unique talents， heightening the exchanges and cooperation， developing the social services， and promoting the cross-integration.

学科建设是让围绕某个知识体系建立的学科组织在知识生产上的能力不断增强，能够产出高水平的学术成果，提供高质量的专业课程。有专家指出大学的学科建设重点就是学科的组织建设[1-2]。学科建设主要包括学科定位（目标方向、发展层次），师资队伍（学科带头人、学科梯队），科学研究，人才培养，学科基地（平台、实验室、重点学科、设备等），学科管理等要素[3]。学科建设成效是体现一个学校在国内外发展水平的重要标志，也是国内外大学排名的主要依据[4]。国内高校学科主要依據四年一次的学科评估进行，是目前衡量高校学科水平发展的最权威途径。水产学科属农学门类，起步较晚，但近年来随着人们对优质蛋白食物的需求提高，在陆地蛋白来源有限的情况下，水产为全世界提供了大量的优质蛋白，推动了相关产业的迅速发展，因此在许多涉农高校陆续开设了相关专业和开展研究生培养。……
