摘  要：传统的“教师一言堂”已不适合当下素质教育的要求，随着新课改的不断深入，生态课堂应运而生。生态课堂颠覆性的改革传统“教师一言堂”的教学模式。它充分发挥学生的主体作用，发现学生的需求，肯定学生的进步，结合学生的个性特点设置教学任务，极大地调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性。在此过程中，需要教师与学生之间的交流，使教师通过学生的表达，把握学生的需求与欲望。于是，“对话式教学方法”应运而生，在生态课堂的实施过程中，收获学生、教师、家长、社会等的一致好评。

Practice and thinking of "dialogue teaching" in mathematics ecology classroom of primary school

【Abstract】The traditional "teacher's speech" is not suitable for the requirements of quality education. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform，ecological classroom emerges as the times require. Ecological classroom is a subversive reform of the traditional "teacher talk" teaching mode. It gives full play to the main role of students，finds their needs，affirms their progress，sets teaching tasks according to their personality characteristics，and greatly arouses their enthusiasm and initiative in learning. In this process，we need the communication between teachers and students，so that teachers can grasp students' needs and desires through students' expression. Therefore，"dialogue teaching method" arises at the historic moment. In the implementation process of ecological classroom，it gains the unanimous praise of students，teachers，parents and society.

1.小学数学生态课堂课堂“对话式教学”的基本内涵与特征

（1）小学数学生态课堂“对话式教学”的基本内涵

小学数学在小学所有课程中具有基础性的作用，小学数学旨在从小培养学生的逻辑思考能力。因此，教师选用什么样的教学方法，激发学生的学习兴趣，调动学生学习数学的积极性和主动性尤为重要。教师教，学生听，把学生当做接收知识的容器，这样传统的教学模式已经无法满足学生发展的需要。目前，我国学生座位多样化的排布（马蹄式、秧田式、餐桌式、圆环式）给数学生态课堂提供了基础，使得生态课堂可以拥有丰富多彩的教学方式。同时，教师可以依据每节课的教学目标，灵活选择教具，依托传统板书等方法的基础上，还可以利用多媒体动画、小组讨论、小卡片等教学方法，提升教学效率。……
