摘  要：区域活动是一项自主的趣味游戏活动，它对幼儿的创造力、想象力、学习兴趣、合作精神等培养有着独特作用。虽然区域游戏的主人公是幼儿，但幼儿教师却承担着重要责任，既是指导者亦是观察者。为进一步推进区域活动发挥自身作用，幼儿教师就必须明责、做事。要充分发挥自身作用，做好有效的观察与指导工作，找准幼儿区域活动背后的新教育点，有效切入，基于区域活动提升幼教实效性。

A Brief Talk on How to Give Full Play to Teachers' Observation and Guidance Function to Develop Effective Regional Activities

【Abstract】 Regional activities are an independent fun game activity，which has a unique effect on the cultivation of children's creativity，imagination，interest in learning，and spirit of cooperation. Although the protagonist of the regional game is the child，the kindergarten teacher bears an important responsibility as both the instructor and the observer. In order to further promote regional activities to play their role，kindergarten teachers must be accountable and do things. It is necessary to give full play to its own role，do effective observation and guidance，find the new educational points behind the children's regional activities，effectively cut in，and improve the effectiveness of early childhood education based on regional activities.

区域活动是幼儿园开展幼儿教育工作的重要模式，也是幼儿们喜闻乐见的游戏方式，它对幼儿的身体健康、语言发展、行为养成、艺术特长有着积极影响作用。《3～6岁儿童学习与发展指南》就区域游戏活动做出了明确要求，它强调教师要在区域活动中充分发挥观察与指导作用、灵活高效开展區域活动。为满足《指南》要求，幼儿教师就必须在开展区域游戏活动中，有效观察、有效指导。

1.区域活动中教师有效观察策略

有效的观察是幼儿教师介入区域活动的先导，幼儿教师必须解决在参与区域活动时存在的观察准备工作不足、教师干预过多、缺乏必要观察记录等各种问题，从如下四个角度，落实有效观察。

（1）做好区域活动观察准备工作

第一，观察目标的确定：观察什么？是诸多幼儿教师在区域活动中思考的重点。幼儿的行为背后蕴含着丰富的资源，教师应当确定明晰的观察目标，指引观察工作的进行。……
