摘  要：教育作为一项系统工程，需要社会，学校和家庭的协同合作，家、校、社三者中家校间的合作尤为重要，密切的家校合作有助于发挥双方的教育优势，营造优良的育人环境，促进孩子的全面发展，健康成长。良好习惯养成是个体成长，终生发展的基础，也是社会和谐的保证。学生时期处于习惯养成的关键期，充分开展家校合作促进其习惯养成，对他们的终身发展具有特殊的意义和不可替代作用。本文就家校合作促进各年级学生良好习惯的养成进行了探讨。

Home school cooperation helps students develop good habits

【Abstract】As a systematic project，education needs the cooperation of society，school and family. The cooperation between home，school and society is particularly important. Close cooperation between home and school can help to give full play to the educational advantages of both sides，create a good environment for educating people，promote the overall development of children and healthy growth. Good habit formation is the basis of individual growth and lifelong development，and also the guarantee of social harmony. Students are in the key period of habit formation，and fully develop cooperation between home and school to promote their habit formation，which has special significance and irreplaceable role in their lifelong development. This paper discusses the cooperation between home and school to promote the development of good habits of students in all grades.

1.普及家校合作制度，成立專门化的工作小组

学校作为学生学习阶段的主要场所，定要同家长协商出一系列的合作方案并选出家校合作的代表家庭，展开线上线下交流会议、家庭实践、深化家校合作意识等工作。让家长及老师认识到家校合作的重要性，针对学生在生活、学习、行为等方面存在的不足，我们不断探索新的教育教学方法，倾听家长对教育工作的建议和意见，请专家讲座，交流经验，并发放资料，对学生家长进行辅导，教给他们教育孩子的方法，同时将各个年级好习惯要点打印成表格，让家长有章可循。通过培训，消除了家长在教育孩子方面的一些误区，使家长掌握了一些较科学的教育孩子的方法，家校合作，齐抓共管，促进学生良好习惯的养成。在创新课程设置上，教师可以借鉴其他先进的经验。……
