摘 要：天气学是大气科学专业的一门专业核心课程，对学生专业知识结构的形成和应用技能的培养起着重要作用。基于成果导向教育（OBE）理念，从培养目标与毕业要求出发，确定课程教学目标，反向进行课程教学设计、整合教学内容、改革教学方法、重建考核评价体系，并对教学设计、教学策略和方法进行持续改进，初步形成以学生为中心、学习成果为导向、多元化的教学模式，提出了明确课程教学目标、优化整合教学内容、实现知识课堂向能力课堂转变、重建课程考核与教学评价体系等课程改革措施。

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Synoptic Meteorology Course Based on OBE Concept

Abstract： Synoptic meteorology is a core course of atmospheric science majors， which plays an important role in the formation of students′ professional knowledge structure and the cultivation of their application skills. Based on the concept of Outcomes-based education（OBE）， starting from the training objectives and the graduation requirements， this paper determines the course goal， carries on the backward teaching design， integrates teaching content， reforms teaching methods， reconstructs the assessment and evaluation system， and continuously improves the teaching design， teaching strategies and methods. A student-centered， results-oriented and diversified teaching model has been formed， and some reform measures are put forward， such as clarifying the teaching objectives， optimizing and integrating the teaching contents， realizing the transformation from knowledge classroom to ability classroom， and rebuilding the curriculum examination and teaching evaluation system.

成果導向教育（Outcome-Based Education，OBE）是一种以学生的学习成果为导向的教育理念[1]，认为教学设计和教学实施的目标是学生通过教育过程所取得的学习成果，不仅仅关注知识的量化增长，更注重能力培养。OBE以学生为主体、以产出为导向、以持续改进为保障，注重能力培养、能力训练和能力创新，OBE已成为高等教育发展的一种国际趋势。

1 天气学课程教学中存在的问题

天气学是大气科学类本科专业的一门专业核心课，主要阐述天气系统和天气现象发生发展及其变化规律，并运用这些规律进行天气分析和预报的一门学科。该课程的主要教学任务是使学生掌握天气学的基本概念、基本原理和分析方法，为从事天气业务与科研工作奠定基础。……
