摘 要：2020年我国高校毕业生人数达到874万，创造了历史毕业人数的新高，并且毕业生就业受到新冠疫情叠加的冲击，就业问题更加严峻。传统高校毕业生的就业主要依靠学校的招生就业办公室、各学院党政负责人、辅导员等专门的人员负责，常态化疫情的新形势使得高校就业工作难上加难，因而需要在以往就业工作的基础上拓展新的就业途径。专任教师在专业领域具有特殊的资源和优势，如何激励专任教师在高校毕业生就业工作中发挥积极的作用，从而促进就业率稳中有升，是解决就业压力的重要突破口。该文以动物医学专业作为切入点展开分析和探讨，以期为高校各个专业开展专任教师与常规就业工作力量合作提供思路和方法。

Research on the Employment Promotion Mechanism of Full-time Teachers in Colleges and Universities under the Normalized Epidemic Situation——Take Veterinary Medicine as an Example

Abstract： In 2020， the number of college graduates in my country reached 8.74 million， a record high in the number of graduates in history， and the employment of graduates this year has been impacted by the COVID-19， making the employment problem of graduates even more serious. The employment of traditional college graduates mainly relies on specialized personnel such as the school′s admissions and employment office， head of party and government and counselors. The new situation of normalization of the epidemic has made it more difficult to obtain employment in  colleges and universities. Expand new employment channels based on employment work. Full-time teachers have special resources and advantages in the professional field. How to motivate full-time teachers to play an active role in the employment of college graduates， so as to promote a steady increase in employment rate， is an important breakthrough in solving employment pressure. The author takes the animal medicine profession that he is familiar with as the starting point to discuss and discuss， hoping to provide ideas and methods for the cooperation of full-time teachers and regular employment forces in various colleges and universities.
