摘 要：综合型实验的设计旨在通过一门课程或多门课程的多个知识点的综合应用，提高学生对理论知识的理解和实践操作的技能。综合型实验的顺利进行，需要学生掌握多项基本的实验操作技能，并能结合综合知识对实验结果进行分析和讨论。而新建本科专业在专业运行初期，存在基础课程实验内容无法与后续专业课程综合型实验内容有效衔接的缺点。该文根据新建专业所存在的实验设计缺乏连贯性的問题进行了探讨，并提出了改进意见。

Discussion on the Operation of Comprehensive Experiments of Newly-built Undergraduate Major Experiment in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Abstract： The comprehensive experiment is designed to improve students′ understanding of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills through the comprehensive application of multiple knowledge points in one course or multiple courses.The smooth progress of comprehensive experiments requires students to master a number of basic experimental operation skills， and be able to analyze and discuss experimental results in combination with comprehensive knowledge.In the initial stage of the operation of the newly-built specialty， there is a shortcoming that the experimental content of basic courses cannot be effectively connected with the comprehensive experimental content of subsequent professional courses. According to the lack of coherence in the experimental design of the newly-built specialty， this paper discusses the problems and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.

山东农业工程学院前身是山东省“五七”干部学校，于2013年4月改建为公立普通本科高等院校。2015年，中央出台《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》文件，鼓励地方高校向应用型本科院校转型[1]。山东农业工程学院借此契机，确定了自身定位——建设成农业工程特色鲜明的应用型普通本科院校。升本后原有大部分专科专业凭借原有基础，申报与原有专科相近的本科专业。本文所讨论专业为2015年设立并开始招生的环境生态工程专业。该专业经过多方论证，包括对兄弟院校相关专业的人才培养方案调研、相关企事业单位的用人需求与要求调研等，同时考虑到学校的定位和学院具体的发展目标，编制了较为贴合各方面需求的人才培养方案。人才培养方案中的课程体系设置尽量体现合理性和目的性。……
