基于以赛促教的科研创新培养的教学改革

摘要:近年来,车辆工程学科在不断完善和改革,在发展的过程中也暴露出学科教育教学的各种问题,单纯的教学越来越无法满足如今企业用人的需要,本文结合当今理论联系实践的大趋势,以实践为导向,提出科研竞赛与课堂教授结合的教学改革思路。以教学理论指导竞赛,以竞赛实践辅助教学。这使学生学以致用,在实践中逐步领会教学理论的基本概念、基本方法,并将其运用到以后的工作生活中。

Abstract:In recent years, the discipline of vehicle engineering has been continuously improved and reformed. At the same time of development, various problems in discipline education and teaching has been found. Simple teaching can not meet the needs of today's enterprises. Combined with the general trend of integrating theory with practice, this paper puts forward the teaching reform idea of the combination of scientific research competition with classroom teaching. The competition is guided by teaching theory, and the classroom teaching is assisted by competition practice. This enable students to apply what they have learned to the practice. Then they can gradually understand the basic concepts and methods of teaching theory, and apply them to their future work and life.

当今社会,工业化、信息化是我国制造强国战略的重要路线,以赛促学,以赛促教也是各专业关注的焦点[1],新工科的培养要求是,当代人才不仅要“专”,而且要“通”[2],然而,很多学校学生综合职业能力素质仍与我国中等职业教育人才培养目标有一定差距[3],因此,在教学改革中应该结合学生的学习情况,通过目的、政策、方案和实践[4],在教学体制改革中发挥作用。本文结合当今理论联系实践的大趋势,以实践为导向,提出科研竞赛与课堂教授结合的教学改革思路。以教学理论指导竞赛,以竞赛实践辅助教学。
