摘要：知识经济蓬勃发展的现代社会，图书馆作为重要的知识产业，汇集了各种图书、文献、期刊、报纸等信息资源。根据高校办学、科研与教学工作特点，对图书馆的知识服务形式进行创新，积极进行阅读推广活动，不仅能够提升师生群体文化知识资源的利用质效，培养大学生群体养成良好的自主学习习惯;同时，结合现代技术，优化调整图书服务模式，还能全面升级高校图书馆的馆藏资源开发机制，助推高校科研项目的深入研究。在閱读服务创新发展的过程中，图书馆应立足当前发展形势，转变管理与服务思维，通过拓宽图书资源收集与整合渠道、积极引进现代图书服务相关技术、加强专业图书管理工作队伍的培养、完善网上图书服务机制、注重阅读环境的优化建设等策略，基于高校师生群体差异化的学习、教学、科研等服务需求，提供针对性的知识服务。

Abstract：In the modern society with the vigorous development of knowledge economy， library， as an important knowledge industry， collects all kinds of information resources such as books， literature， periodicals and newspapers. According to the features of colleges and universities， scientific research and teaching， the form of the library knowledge service innovation， and actively in reading promotion activities， not only can improve the teachers and students group cultural knowledge resources using mass effect， training college students to form good habits of autonomous learning， at the same time， combined with modern technology， optimizes the library service mode， It can also comprehensively upgrade the development mechanism of collection resources of university libraries and boost the in-depth research of university scientific research projects. In the process of reading service innovation and development， the library should be based on the current form of development， change management and service thinking， through widen the channel of the books resources collection and integration， and actively introduce modern library service related technology， strengthen the cultivation of the professional books management team， perfect the online book service mechanism， pay attention to the optimization of reading environment construction， such as strategy， Based on the differentiated learning， teaching， scientific research and other service needs of teachers and students in colleges and universities， targeted knowledge services are provided.
