摘  要：随着现代教育要求的不断提升，初三数学教学开始从原有的“优生先行”转变为班级学生全面发展，而这就要求教师转变原有教学方式，调整自身教育理念和措施，以学生发展为中心，为学生营造更佳的知识与情感成长环境。而教学实践证明，分层教学模式能适应学生初三知识素养成长需求。因此，本文立足笔者自身初三数学教学经验和相关文献，以分层教学对初三数学教学的价值为基点，以目前初三部分学生和教师状态为切入点，浅谈初三数学分层教学路径。

Talking about the Hierarchical Teaching of Mathematics in Junior High School Third Grade in the Modern Teaching Environment

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement of modern education requirements，the junior high school third grade mathematics teaching has changed from the original "good students first" to the comprehensive development of class students. This requires teachers to change their original teaching methods and adjust their own educational concepts and measures to student development is the center，creating a better knowledge and emotional growth environment for students. The teaching practice has proved that the hierarchical teaching mode can meet the growth needs of students' knowledge and literacy in the junior high school third grade. Therefore，the article is based on the author's own junior high school third grade math teaching experience and related literature，based on the value of hierarchical teaching for junior third mathematics teaching，and the current junior high school third grade part of the students and teachers as the starting point，talks about junior high school third grade mathematics hierarchical teaching path.

由于數学本质因素的影响，初三学生在数学知识构架上开始具有一定差异性，尤其是此阶段学生拥有繁重的学习任务，但学习时间却很有限。如何保障全体学生均有所进步，均能以较好的状态面对升学考试，是摆在所有数学教师面前的难题。而通过分层教学方式，能在现有教育环境基础上提升课堂教学效益和质量，让所有学生有所学、有所长、有所悟。基于此，探究初三数学分层教学具有现实意义。

1.现代教育环境下初三数学分层教学的价值

（1）扩容教师教学路径。现代教育环境要求教师要重视所有学生的潜力，围绕“学生是发展中的人”，采取合理教学措施，使全体学生均有所学。而将这一要求过渡到分层教学运行过程和涉及内容上可发现，分层教学本身具有一定的系统性……
