摘  要：核心素养是指培育一个具有身心全面发展，有运动能力、健康意识、品德良好、具有健全人格的人。发挥班主任管理的优势结合小学足球新课改的教学现状，分析其中的制约因素，优化教师队伍，促进足球教学改革;提出转变观念，突出学生主体地位;加强对学生技战术的培养，增强运动表现力;重视学生的身心发展，应试与身心发展并存;关注学生身心发展，构建和谐交流平台;积极促使足球在校园内的良性发展。

Research on effective measures of primary school football training under the background of core literacy

【Abstract】Core quality refers to the cultivation of a person with physical and mental comprehensive development，athletic ability，health awareness，good moral character and sound personality. Combining the advantages of the head teacher management with the teaching status quo of the new football curriculum reform in primary schools，this paper analyzes the restrictive factors，optimizes the teaching team，and promotes the football teaching reform. Propose change idea，highlight student main body position;Strengthen the training of students' skills and tactics，enhance the expression of sports;Attach importance to the physical and mental development of students，take examinations and physical and mental development coexist;Pay attention to students' physical and mental development and build a harmonious communication platform;Actively promote the benign development of football on campus.

足球作为第一大运动是体育强国建设的重中之重。在新课改核心素养的背景下，体育教学改革迎来了契机。体育教育一直以来都未得到重视，在新课改模式的冲击下，现今小学体育教学已经无法满足目前的需求，应丰富体育学科教学内容的多样性，足球运动在小学校园开展迎来了新的可能。合理利用新模式进行体育教学，有利于提高教学质量和效率。从小抓足球教学有利于足球事业的长足发展。学生是一个对新鲜事物充满兴趣，对体育运动有着不可分割情愫的群体。如何在小学开展有效的足球训练是亟须解决的问题。

1.小学足球教学现状

小学足球训练当前已有一定的进步，但实施过程依旧存在不足，在教学过程中发现学生运动表现能力不足，没有达到预期效果;学生的健康意识不足，足球与健康的融合没有深入学生的心中;体育品德不高，没有形成良好的足球意志品质;学生的心理素质不强，没有形成与足球相对应的无所畏惧、敢打敢拼的性格;应试教育的压力，迫使足球不能成为学生群体在课后交往的桥梁。……
