摘  要：在全球经济一体化背景下，英语作为国际性语言发挥的作用越来越大，因此学好英语则显得很有必要。在小学阶段，我们需要在英语课堂上开展读写教学，重点培养学生的英语素养，有效结合学生的写作和阅读教学，全面培养学生的写作能力和阅读能力，全面提升学生的核心素养。在本文中，首先研究了核心素养背景下小学英语读写教学存在的不足，然后探讨了如何更好的开展小学英语读写教学，实现核心素养的不断提升。

Teaching strategies of primary school English reading and writing based on core literacy

【Abstract】In the context of global economic integration，English plays an increasingly important role as an international language，so it is necessary to learn English well. In primary school，we need to carry out reading and writing teaching in English classroom，focus on cultivating students' English literacy，effectively combine students' writing and reading teaching，comprehensively cultivate students' writing ability and reading ability，and comprehensively improve students' core literacy. In this paper，firstly，it studies the shortcomings of primary school English reading and writing teaching under the background of core literacy，and then discusses how to better carry out primary school English reading and writing teaching and realize the continuous improvement of core literacy.

在核心素养背景下，深入研究小学英语读写教学具有较强的现实意义。需要教师深入分析英语核心素养内容，对小学英语教材充分运用和挖掘，有效培养学生的思维能力、语言能力和文化意识，创造性的开展读写教学，引导学生这方面的兴趣，提升其积极性和主动性，使学生读写的空间更为广阔，实现更好的培养效果。本文主要分析了核心素养视阈下如何更好的开展小学英语读写教学。

1.核心素养下小学英语读写结合教学的现状问题

（1）英语教师教学方式陈旧

目前国家推进新课程改革，教育教学领域对小学英语课程的教学方式、教学理念也较为重视，致力于其多方面的创新和学生的实际相符合，全面提升教学质量和效果。但是，纵观当下小学英语实际教学，还存在传统教学的形式，很多课堂上依然残留其身影，比如在开展读写训练的时候，教师的改革并不彻底，改革措施缺乏针对性，依然使用传统方式引导学生进行阅读，然后开展训练的形式。……
