摘  要：课堂教学是否具备高质量的实效，是新课程改革背景下对于教育工作者的核心要求。针对小学数学课堂教学而言，如何实现有效的课堂教学效果，促进数学符号代表的新知识，与学生已有的认知机构相契合，构建起非人为、实质性、有效性课堂教学联系，是促进课堂教学效益的关键。笔者认为，教师作为教学的主导者与组织者，应该为教学的有效性负责，积极引导学生养成正确的学习行为，促进学生的有效习惯养成，最终提高学生的学习效率。本文主要基于新课程标准的大背景，针对如何提升小学数学课堂教学的有效性，探讨了相关的策略，以期与相关的教育工作者共勉。

Research on the Effectiveness of Primary School Mathematics Teaching under the Background of New Curriculum Reform

【Abstract】Whether classroom teaching has high-quality effectiveness is the core requirement for educators under the background of the new curriculum reform. For primary school mathematics classroom teaching，how to achieve effective classroom teaching effect，promote the new knowledge represented by mathematical symbols，fit with students’existing cognitive institutions，and build a non-human substantive effective classroom teaching connection is the key to promote the efficiency of classroom teaching. The author thinks that as the leader and organizer of teaching，teachers should be responsible for the effectiveness of teaching，actively guide student’correct listening and learning behavior，promote students’ effective habits，and ultimately improve students’ learning efficiency. Based on the background of the new curriculum standards，this paper discusses the relevant strategies on how to improve the effectiveness of primary school mathematics classroom teaching，hoping to encourage with relevant educators.

小學数学知识具有很强的生活应用实践性，是一门非常具备教学价值的学科。在数学新课程标准中作出指导，教师要在数学教学实践过程中，通过对实用性强数学知识的教授和渗透，引领学生的数学方向，促进学生数学知识的吸收内化，让数学课堂教学更加有效。基于此，有效转变现阶段的数学教学课程现状，不但是新课程标准改革背景下的基本要求，也是诸多小学数学教师需要思考和探索的重要问题。

1.创设趣味性教学情境，调动学生学习兴趣

提高小学数学课堂教学有效性，教师首先要考虑学生是否对数学这门课程有浓厚的兴趣，因为兴趣作为老生常谈的话题，可以激发学生内在的学习动力。……
