摘 要 “项目+竞赛”实践教学模式是以总实践教学任务为框架，竞赛活动为载体，师生共同构建可操作的竞赛项目并发展自身能力的教学模式。在成功构建项目小组后，共同确定项目方向，进行项目设计与实施，根据实验现象撰写项目报告形成项目成果，最终接受多元评价。该模式有效激发学生实践兴趣，增强学生的团队协作精神，培养学生的实践能力，提高教学质量。该模式需要得到各级组织的支持、全天候开放科研平台以及优秀的教师队伍进行指导。

Abstract The "project + competition" practice teaching model is based on the general practice teaching task as the framework and competition activities as the carrier. Teachers and students jointly construct operable competition projects and develop their own abilities. After successfully building the project team， jointly determine the project direction， carry out project design and implementation， write project reports based on experimental phenomena to form project results， and finally accept multiple evaluations. This mode effectively stimulates students' practical interest， cultivates students' practical ability， enhances students' teamwork spirit， and improves teaching quality. This model requires the support of organizations at all levels， an all-weather open scientific research platform， and the guidance of an excellent team of teachers.

2018年，为了提高高等教育课程质量，落实立德树人的培养理念，教育部提出了“金课”的概念以推进专业建设。[1]生物科学作为一个强实践性的专业，在教学过程中却存在着学生重视程度较低、实验方法陈旧、教学内容滞后、教学方法与手段单一等问题。[2]将竞赛项目与课堂结合，通过主动参与，极大地激发了学生的学习热情和实践兴趣，培养学生的创新实践能力。

1 “项目+竞赛”实践教学模式的内涵

“项目+竞赛”实践教学模式是指学生参与教师科研项目或者师生共同构建具有可操作性的竞赛项目。其核心在于将实践教学内容任务化，以竞赛形式完成实践任务。[3]在建构主义的基础之上，以项目任务为主体，学生为中心，科技竞赛为载体，强调通过对问题的探究不断获得发展。该实践教学模式将教师科研和教学工作将结合，指导学生在项目实施和竞赛活动中主动获取知识，提高发现问题和解决问题知识和能力。……
