【摘    要】在当前的时代背景下，我国的经济高速发展，人们的生活水平日益提高，环境问题和固体废物回收问题日益突出。资源是有限的，但是消费的需求是持续性的。在中小学，如何实现固体废物的合理回收，实现学校资源的合理利用，是学校管理过程中备受关注的一项问题。校园固体废物的数量令人堪忧，建立健全中小学固体废物的合理回收处理模式是引导中小学生保護环境、爱护国家资源的重要工作。本文主要围绕固体废物的相关概述、目前我国中小学固体废物回收处理模式存在的问题进行分析，探讨在中小学实现固体废物合理回收处理模式的有效途径，希望为相关工作者提供一定的理论参考。

How to Realize a Reasonable Recycling and Treatment Mode of Solid Waste in Primary and Secondary Schools

【Abstract】Under the background of the current era， my countrys economy is developing rapidly， peoples living standards are improving day by day， and environmental problems and solid waste recycling problems are becoming increasingly prominent. Resources are limited， but the demand for consumption is continuous. In primary and secondary schools， how to realize the rational recycling of solid waste and the rational use of school resources is a problem that has attracted much attention in the process of school management. The amount of solid waste on campus is worrying. Establishing a sound recycling and processing model for solid waste in primary and secondary schools is an important task for guiding primary and secondary school students to protect the environment and take care of national resources. This article mainly focuses on the related overview of solid waste and the current problems in the solid waste recycling and treatment mode of primary and secondary schools in my country. It discusses effective ways to realize the reasonable solid waste recycling and treatment mode in primary and secondary schools， hoping to provide certain theoretical references for related workers.

一、固体废物的理论概述

（一）固体废物的概念

在生产生活、消费或者其他的活动中，一些物体失去了本身所具有的价值或是没有失去本身具有的价值被丢弃。这类物体可以是固态、半固体和用容器装置的气态的相关物品，也可以是法律或者政策规定的定义为固体废物的某些物质。固体废物并不是失去了所有的利用价值。在某些程度上，固体废物虽然失去了原本的利用价值，但是有可能成为其他事物的组成单位。

（二）固体废物的分类

固体废物的来源多种多样，根据固体废物的产生方式可以大致分成三类固体废弃物。首先，在生活中产生的废物、为生活提供了利用价值的固体废物或是法律规定的固体生活垃圾，这些都属于生活废弃物。……
