【摘    要】当下，教育改革的呼声响彻大江南北，提倡素质教育的当下，我们不断呼吁课改，要求教学回归生命本初。对比卢梭提倡的自然教育，人们静心反省，不难发现，现代教育改革存在形式大于内容的弊病。只有我们真正意识到教育的作用和意义，遵循避免“揠苗助长”，顺应儿童天性;引导实践运用，启迪儿童智慧;注重德育内化的教育原则，才能让教育改革成为社会风尚，使教育焕发其真正的魅力。

Promoting "natural Growth" based on the Child Standard

【Abstract】At the moment， the call for education reform is resounding all over the country. At the moment when quality education is advocated， we continue to call for curriculum reform and require teaching to return to the beginning of life. Comparing with the nature education advocated by Rousseau， people meditatively reflect， and it is not difficult to find that modern education reform has the disadvantages of form greater than content. Only when we are truly aware of the role and significance of education， follow the principles of avoiding "fostering growth" and conforming to children's nature; guiding practice and application， enlightening children's wisdom; focusing on the internalization of moral education， can education reform become a social trend and make education glow its true charm.

在批判应试教育，提倡素质教育的当下，我们不断呼吁课改，要求回归生命本初，多给孩子一些空间，让孩子在“乐”中成长。从总体效果来看，目前教学活动的中心主要围绕学生的德智体美劳展开，教师似乎成了“为学生服务”的对象。“把课堂还给学生”“以学生为中心”等理论铺天盖地地传播。学生是具有生命活力的个体，在教育教学中，教师要尊重学生的天性，关注他们的自然成长，让每一位学生在学习的过程中都能够在自己原有的基础上学有所获。由此，我们是否该反思：我们的教育是不是顺应儿童天性发展，是不是形式大于内容？下面就来详细谈一谈。

一、避免“揠苗助长”，顺应儿童天性

哲学家卢梭提出的“自然教育”至今为人称赞，其教育思想对“尊重人本性”这一理念起到了很大的启蒙作用。卢梭提倡的“自然教育”的核心，是教育必须顺应儿童天性发展的自然历程，即教育必须遵循儿童身心发展的特征。……
