【摘    要】初中数学教学重在培养学生的各种综合能力，学生的综合能力提高了，那么相应的学生的自学能力也就提高了。数学教学重在培养学生的数学思想，学生在数学思想的指导之下，利用所学的数学知识，有效的开展各种数学活动。数学思维能力，决定了学生的数学水平，思维能力特别强的学生数学就一定学得好，所以培养学生的数学思维能力，是数学教学的主要任务。教师在教学的过程中，还要不断地进行反思，反思自己的教学方法，所采取的教学策略，是不是符合学生的实际情况。只有经过深刻的反思，才能找到教学当中的不足，才能找到改进的措施，教学水平才能够在不断的积累中前进。

Mathematics Teaching in Junior High School Focuses on Improving Students' Comprehensive Ability

【Abstract】Junior high school mathematics teaching focuses on cultivating students' comprehensive ability， and the students' comprehensive ability is improved， then the corresponding students' self-study ability is improved. Mathematics teaching focuses on cultivating students' mathematics thought. Under the guidance of mathematics thought， students make use of the mathematics knowledge， they have learned to carry out all kinds of mathematics activities effectively. The mathematics thinking ability determines the student's mathematics level， the thinking ability is particularly strong student， his mathematics must learn well， therefore trains the student's mathematics thinking ability， is the mathematics teaching main task. In the process of teaching， teachers should constantly reflect on their own teaching methods and adopt teaching strategies in line with the actual situation of students. Only through deep reflection can we find the deficiency in teaching， find the improvement measures， and the teaching level can advance in the continuous accumulation.

一、反思課堂构建数学高效课堂

实际的数学教学过程中，任何一堂高效的课堂教学，都离不开学生的积极主动参与，也离不开活跃的课堂气氛。如何构建活跃的课堂气氛，调动起学生积极的自主学习性，就是一个值得反思的问题。数学课堂首先要营造一种师生和谐的融洽氛围。师生关系决定了课堂效果的成败，因此很多的优秀教师都受到学生的喜欢，有些教师的教学成绩上不去，在一定程度上是因为没有营造一种和谐的师生关系，从而无法营造出师生和谐的课堂氛围，学生心里就对数学这门学科产生了抵触心理。教师首先要研究学生、了解学生，研究学生学习水平差异，研究每个学生性格上的差异，同时还要注意学生情绪的变化，能有效地调动学生的情绪，在课堂上才能够游刃有余。……
