【摘    要】在初中数学课堂教学中培养学生的自主学习能力，首先教师要制定合适的自学目标，让学生的自学任务有计划开展。兴趣是学生坚持的动力，以兴趣为引导促进维持学生的自主学习得以实现。学习小组被广泛开展在当下教育教学活动当中，利用小组合作学习氛围可以增强学生学习的主动性。培养学生自主学习能力的同时要选择合适的评价方式，适时评估学生的自学成果，促进学生自学能力提升，给予适当改进建议。

The Cultivation of Students' Autonomous Learning Ability in Junior Mathematics Classroom Teaching

【Abstract】To cultivate students' self-learning ability in junior high school mathematics classroom teaching， teachers must first develop appropriate self-study goals and let students carry out their self-study tasks in a planned way. Interest is the motivation for students to persevere， and it is guided by interest to promote and maintain students' autonomous learning. Learning groups are widely carried out in current education and teaching activities， and the use of group cooperative learning atmosphere can enhance students' learning initiative. While cultivating students' self-learning ability， it is necessary to select appropriate evaluation methods， evaluate students' self-study results in a timely manner， promote students' self-study ability， and give appropriate suggestions for improvement.

學习是学生实现自我提升的重要手段，主要表现为知识技能等等汲取，当下素质教育的不断深入开展，逐渐要求赋予学生学习主体地位，教师承担学生学习的引导人和辅助者角色。初中数学课堂教学中不仅要求教师利用数学学科向学生传授解决问题的办法，还要求学生能够积极主动地投入学习活动中，自主完成学习内容，促进个体发展。

一、教师制定自学主题，为学生安排自学目标

自学是让学生自己进行课程内容的学习，对教材进行学习或者查阅资料拓展学习，培养学生的自主学习能力，在培养的过程中要求教师给予适当的引导。目标的制定能够让学生的行动更加体现计划性，在初中数学课堂中培养学生自主学习能力，数学教师需要制定自学主题和目标，学生按照主题进行学习，合理规划自学内容，并完成自学目标。……
