【摘要】 目的：觀察王不留行籽耳穴压丸联合中药高位足浴治疗心脾两虚型失眠的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年12月本院收治的100例心脾两虚型失眠患者，根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组，每组50例。对照组经过辨证后采用中药归脾汤治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加用王不留行籽耳穴压丸联合中药高位足浴治疗。比较两组患者治疗2、4周的临床效果，治疗前及治疗2、4周的中医症候评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分及生活质量评分。结果：研究组治疗2、4周的总有效率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（字2=4.320、5.316，P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前的中医症候评分、PSQI评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;两组患者治疗2、4周的中医症候评分、PSQI评分均低于治疗前，且研究组均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前的生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗2、4周，两组患者躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能评分均高于治疗前，且研究组均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组患者物质生活评分与治疗前比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），且两组间比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：采用王不留行籽耳穴压丸联合中药高位足浴治疗心脾两虚型失眠患者，效果较好，可改善患者的临床症状，提高睡眠质量与生活质量，具有较高的应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of Wangbuliuxing auricular acupoint pressing pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine high foot bath on insomnia of deficiency of both heart and spleen and its influence on quality of life. Method： A total of 100 patients with insomnia of deficiency of both heart and spleen in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected， they were divided into the control group and study group， according to random number table method， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Guipi Decoction after syndrome differentiation， and the study group was treated with Wangbuliuxing auricular acupoint pressing pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine high foot bath on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups， the TCM symptom scores， Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） scores and quality of life scores before and after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rates of the study group were higher than those of the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment （字2=4.320， 5.316， P<0.05）. Before treatment， there were no statistical differences in TCM syndrome scores and PSQI scores between the two groups （P>0.05）; the scores of TCM symptoms and PSQI after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment， and the study group were lower those of control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no significant differences in quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）; after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment， the scores of physical function， social function and psychological function of the two groups were higher than those before treatment， and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）; there was no significant difference in the material life scores between the two groups and before treatment （P>0.05）， and there was no significant difference in material life scores between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Wangbuliuxing auricular acupoint point pressing pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine high foot bath in the treatment of insomnia patients with deficiency of both heart and spleen is better， which effectively improves the clinical treatment effect， improves the clinical symptoms of patients， improves the quality of sleep and life， and has high application value.
