摘  要：随着社会和时代文明的发展，社会主义现代化事业正处于上升期，教育教学工作的前进步伐正在发展之路上，呈现出繁荣、百花齐放的局势。核心素养发展的提倡以来，素质教育开始成为教育教学工作的出发点，力求不断提高学生的综合能力，促进学生全面发展。因此学校必须要在日常工作进行过程中合理培养学生的体育意识以及学习意识，通过篮球课堂学习增强自身的身体素质。小学体育教育教学工作者要结合学生的学习，实际结合篮球自身特色分层教学，以此来不断提高教学效果。

【Abstract】With the development of society and the civilization of The Times，the socialist modernization is on the rise，the pace of education and teaching work is on the road of development，showing prosperity，a hundred flowers bloom situation. Since the promotion of the development of core literacy，quality-oriented education has become the starting point of education and teaching，striving to continuously improve the comprehensive ability of students and promote their all-round development. Therefore，the school must reasonably cultivate students' sports awareness and learning awareness in the process of daily work，and enhance their physical fitness through basketball class learning. Primary school physical education teaching workers should combine students' learning and practice with basketball own characteristics stratified teaching，so as to continuously improve the teaching effect.

傳统篮球课堂呈现出千篇一律的教学模式，小学生在篮球课堂学习过程中，体育教师所采用的常用教学方法大多是持续训练的反复练习，虽然对技术巩固有效，但是容易造成小学生的厌学心理，这种一刀切或一锅煮的教学方法正被逐渐替代，以统一的教学标准和组织形式来灌输学生进行技能学习，从而限制了学生思维创造能力、久而久之造成小学生创新意识差，自我学习能力变弱，可能会影响学生积极性格特点的发展。这种同样的教学方法以及教学模式培育出的学生呈现千遍一律的成品化特点，是灌输式教育的成果。因此在当前阶段人们开始提倡分层教学法在小学篮球课堂教学中的应用，通过采取多样化的教学手段策略、根据学生的不同学习水平特点制定多样化的教学目标，以学生的个性健康发展为圆心，以教学方法为半径画圆，勾勒出具有现代化体育核心素养的合格人才。……
