摘  要：在教育体制不断改革的今天，幼儿教育已经成为了人们重点关注的问题。人们逐渐意识到幼儿教育对于孩子一生的学习和发展来说，有着极为重要的作用，因而在幼儿教学方面的研究和探讨也越来越多。创新共育教育模式是提升幼儿教学质量、树立幼儿正确价值观、促进幼儿身心健康发展的重要途径，因此开展共育教育活动，是当前幼儿园教学的首要任务。

Applied Research on the Educational Model of Kindergarten Homeland Cooperative Education

【Abstract】Today with the continuous reform of the education system，early childhood education has become a major concern. People gradually realize that early childhood education plays an extremely important role in children's lifelong learning and development，so there are more and more researches and discussions on early childhood education. Innovating the education model of co-education is an important way to improve the quality of children's teaching，establish children's correct values，and promote the development of children's physical and mental health. Therefore，carrying out co-education education activities is the primary task of current kindergarten teaching.

《幼儿园教育发展纲要》中指出：“在幼儿园教育中，家庭是重要的合作伙伴，幼儿园应当在尊重、平等、合作原则的基础上，取得家长理解，使其能够主动参与。”由此可见，幼儿园教育教学活动应应该与家长合作。同时，帮助家长掌握必要的教育理念，使家长的教育能力得到提高。所以，在幼儿园教育中开展家园合作教育模式是时代发展的必然。这就需要幼儿教师应当理解家园合作的重要性，让家园合作教育模式促进幼儿园各项工作的顺利开展。

1.开展家园合作，促进幼儿全面发展

幼儿教育的地位非常重要，它的质量直接决定了幼儿教育的发展方向，对于激发幼儿的学习兴趣、培养幼儿的学习习惯、提升幼儿的创造能力都有着极大的作用，在幼儿教育中开展家园合作模式，有助于提升幼儿教育的总体质量，所以老师们一定要不断深化对共育教育的认识，在教学中积极引入这一模式，从而有效提升幼儿教育的质量，促进幼儿良好价值观的形成。……
