摘  要：行为习惯对于人的一言一行都起着至关重要的作用。行为习惯的养成并不是一蹴而就的，而是通过多方面的磨合和培养，加上自身的努力一步一步形成的。每个人在幼儿时期都是一张白纸，因此，在幼儿时期特别是对于4～5岁这一敏感时期的行为习惯养成教育是值得重点关注和细致考究的。有许多家长及教师都反映，无论是在家庭还是幼儿园，在培养幼儿常规这一方面都是处于比较困难的状态。由于养成问题是发展性问题，它可以随着很多外在和内在原因发生改变，花的时间也相对较多，况且，我们不能时刻在幼儿身边督促其养成良好的行为习惯。因此，在幼儿时期就为其打下良好的基础，能对幼儿未来的行为习惯形成有着不可磨灭的作用。幼儿的生活有一大部分是在幼儿园过的，那么，在幼儿园中通过对幼儿一日生活的观察和及时引导，就能对其养成良好的行为习惯有促进作用。身为教师，我们应如何关注且培养幼儿的行为呢？对此，我结合在实习期间的观察做了一个研究。

Investigation and Research on Formation of Behaviors and Habits of Children in Middle Class

【Abstract】Behavioral habits play a vital role in every word and deed of a person. The development of behavioral habits is not achieved overnight，but is formed step by step through a variety of running-in and training，plus one's own efforts. Everyone is a blank paper in early childhood. Therefore，in early childhood，especially for the sensitive period of 4 to 5 years old，the education of behavior and habits formation is worthy of attention and careful study. Many parents and teachers have reported that whether in the family or the kindergarten，it is difficult to cultivate children's routines. Since the development problem is a developmental problem，it can change with many external and internal reasons，and it takes a relatively long time. Moreover，we cannot always urge children to develop good behavior habits. Therefore，laying a good foundation for them in the early childhood can have an indelible effect on the formation of children's future behavior habits. A large part of childrens life is spent in kindergartens，so through observation and timely guidance of childrens daily life in kindergartens，they can promote their development of good behaviors. As teachers，how should we pay attention to and cultivate children's behavior？ In this regard，I did a research based on observations during my internship.
