摘要：高校毕业生就业问题，不仅关乎学生个人前途命运，而且事关我国社会未来的发展与稳定。全球经济复苏在即，为推动高校毕业生顺利就业，首先需要正确认识大环境下高校毕业生总体就业形势，以及进一步分析高校毕业生就业困难的原因，最后为促进毕业生更充分就业择业提供明确思路和方法。

Research on the employment situation and Strategies of college graduates under the influence of economic globalization

Abstract：The employment of college graduates is not only related to the future of students， but also related to the future development and stability of our society. The global economic recovery is coming. In order to promote the smooth employment of college graduates， we need to correctly understand the overall employment situation of college graduates under the general environment， and further analyze the reasons for the employment difficulties of college graduates. Finally， we need to provide clear ideas and methods for promoting the full employment of college graduates.

2020年，世界经济发生了重大变化。针对2020年就业工作，中央经济会议指出，要稳定就业总量，改善就业结构，提升就业质量，突出抓好重点群体就业工作，确保零就业家庭动态清零。这与中共十九大提出的“实现更高质量和更充分就业”是一脉相承的，并紧贴当前就业面临的结构性矛盾等现实，是当前抓好就业工作要牢牢把握的方向[1]。因此，在经济全球化影响下，如何对高校毕业生就业形势进行研判与分析，以及引导学生正确认识就业形势，端正心态，精准定位，顺利就业尤为重要。

一、全球经济遇冷困境下我国高校毕业生就业形势分析

经济全球化，使高校毕业生既面临机遇，又面对挑战。机会与风险并存，为了做好高校毕业生就业工作，根据中国人民大学中国就业研究所与智联招聘发布的《2020年大学生就业力报告》，针对全球经济下行影响我国2020年度高校应届毕业生的就业市场景气程度（CIER指数）进行详细的分析，以期为高校毕业生就业择业提供参考。
