[摘  要：当前，中国特色社会主义进入新发展阶段，面对国内国际变化的新发展格局，对高校发展提出了更新更高的标准和要求，高校只有不断的深化和落实立德树人根本任务的策略方法，才能应对新发展阶段带来的新变化新需求。在新发展阶段高校立德树人根本任务的内在规律要与高校思想政治教育工作相融合，有效推进思政课程和课程思政建设有机统一，创新思想政治教育“三全育人”目标的新举措，进而优化高校落实立德树人根本任务的工作机制和应对策略以及实践途径的创新。

Abstract： Now， the socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new stage of development， in the face of changes in domestic and international new development pattern， put forward the development of colleges and universities update higher standards and requirements， colleges and universities only constantly deepen and implement strategy for basic task method， to respond to a new stage of development of new changes in demand. In the new stage of development in colleges and universities the inherent law of basic task and the integration of ideological and political education work， to effectively promote the education curriculum and curriculum construction of ideological unity， the innovation of ideological and political education "three full" target， and then optimize the working mechanisms of colleges and universities to carry out the basic task and the coping strategies and practical ways of innovation.

党的十九屆五中全会以来，我国进入新发展阶段，高校落实立德树人工作仍然是高校育人工作的重点为内容，为时代培育新人、为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格的建设者和接班人仍然是高校的神圣使命与责任。因此，要不断有效推进和增加高校落实立德树人根本任务的策略和方法研究，把落实立德树人的根本任务作为高校全体教师的永不止步和薪火相传的追求，并成为评价高校教育工作的根本标准，让全体高校教师把立德树人工作落到实处。

一、高校立德树人根本任务的内在规律

我国进入新发展阶段，要牢牢把落实立德树人工作作为教育的中心环节和根本任务，不断推进教育强国、教育现代化为二○三五年基本实现社会主义现代化的远景目标做出应有贡献。……
