摘  要：随着新课程改革在小学教育阶段不断深入与实施，小学教育从单纯以基础知识讲授为主向培养学生德育方向发展，这是新时代发展的必然要求，也是培养符合社会发展的人才的重要途径。小学班主任老师作为学生在校期间关系最为密切的角色之一，对学生的学习情况、心理问题、思维方式了解的比较全面，而且学生对班主任老师的管理也比较顺从，因此，在小学班主任管理工作中渗透德育教育，可以帮助学生更好地树立正确的价值观念、培养健全的人格和品质。

班主任作为组织学生参与集体活动、维护班级正常教学秩序的重要角色，同时也承担着本学科教学工作和对学生思想、行为进行管理和约束的重要任务。随着新课程改革以及素质教育在教学各个阶段的深入实施，对学生知识、技能、道德修养等各方面能力提出了新的要求。作为学生在校期间与学生关系最为密切的角色之一，小学班主任将“立德树人”思想有效地运用到班级管理工作当中，通过补充、完善管理内容与策略，帮助学生的道德素养逐步提高。
