摘  要：课堂互动是促进学生思考，活跃课堂氛围的有效手段，但并非所有的互动都能发挥积极作用。形式化的互动容易固化学生思维，影响教学效率，不利于学生数学兴趣的养成，应分析课堂互动中的问题，以合理的手段优化教学，提高学生主动性。本文先分析师生互动的作用，进而对当前课堂互动中的问题进行分析，最后提出相应的改进方法，以促进学生数学能力提升。

【Abstract】Classroom interaction is an effective means to promote students' thinking and activate the classroom atmosphere，but not all interactions can play a positive role. Formal interaction is easy to solidify students' thinking，affect teaching efficiency，and is not conducive to the development of students' interest in mathematics. The problems in classroom interaction should be analyzed，and teaching should be optimized by reasonable means to improve students' initiative. This article first analyzes the role of student-student interaction，then analyzes the problems in the current classroom interaction，and finally proposes corresponding improvement methods to promote students' mathematical ability.

互动是检验学生数学水平，提高学生专注力的有效手段，但在实际教学中，教师通常是以教学的需求为互动导向，忽略了学生的学习需求。应认真观察学生的课堂反应，要用互动吸引学生注意力，使师生之间形成良好的默契，在双向交流中促进知识的教与学。数学学科是理论与实践并重，教师要在互动中灵活设问，引导学生锻炼应用能力，以课堂为训练平台，在互动中增长知识，锻炼数学思维，促进学生全面发展。

1.师生互动的作用

（1）培养合作意识

小学生个性差异明显，在学习中存在封闭、不善交流的问题，这样的学习习惯不利于对实际问题的解决，需借助师生互动培养合作意识。在互动过程中，学生可以提出自己的想法，也可以在与组员的交流中共同探究数学规律，良好的互动交流使学生对数学知识的应用有更全面的认识。任何学科的学习都离不开有效的交流，互动交流既是探究问题、解决问题的必要环节，也是表达想法、总结知识的重要手段，学生在合作中学会彼此尊重、互相帮助，能提高学生的交往能力，使学生更好地融入集体，发挥自己的能力。……
