Abstract： The purpose of ideological and political education is to fully excavate the ideological and political elements in college courses and realize the value guidance for college students. The course of English speech for English majors in colleges and universities is a platform for students to express their ideas. Teachers should improve their own ideological and political awareness， internalize and absorb the ideological and political content of the curriculum from the aspects of teaching materials， supplementary teaching content， and speech practice guidance， so as to guide students in learning English speech. In addition to the necessary knowledge， it helps them to establish a correct world outlook， outlook on life， and values， and enhance their cultural confidence and patriotism， so as to achieve the educational goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating students.

【摘  要】课程思政的目的在于充分挖掘高校课程中的思政元素，实现对大学生的价值引领。高校英语专业的英语演讲课程是学生表达思想的平台，教师要提高自身的思政意识，从教材、教学内容补充、演讲实践指导等方面内化吸收课程思政的内容，在指导学生学习英语演讲必备知识的同时，帮助他们树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，增强他们的文化自信和爱国情怀，从而达到立德树人的教育目标。

引言

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：“要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论要坚持在改进中加强”，“其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应”。习近平总书记的重要讲话为我国高校课程思政提出了明确的要求，同时指明了方向。高校教学应着重注意实现知识传授与正确价值引领的统一，解决大学生思想政治教育中的“孤岛”困境，将各个课程的教学与思想政治课有效结合起来，充分发挥所有课程中蕴含的思想政治教育功能，形成协同效应，实现教育“立德树人”的目标。

作为世界通用语，英语在推广我国新时代各类文化上有着不可估量的作用，英语专业大学生对英语运用的成效直接影响到源语信息传达的客观性及有效性。因此对于我国的英语专业教育群体来说，在正确的价值引领下，构建起符合国情的语言习得环境和科学有效的语言习得理念势在必行。……
