摘  要：高等职业院校电梯工程技术专业人才培养的目标是为国家和社会培养电梯安装和维修保养的高素质技能型人才，要实现这一目标关键是专业教学，作为核心课程的《电梯维护与保养》在教学中存在教学质量不高的问题。如何解决这个问题，我们教学团队经过多年教学研究与实践，探索出一条适合高职院校电梯工程技术专业教学的新思路，在提高专业教学质量，培养适合社会发展需要的专业技术人才方面取得了一定成效。

关键词：高职教育;校企合作;人才培养;教学模式

Abstract： The training goal of elevator engineering and technology professionals in higher vocational colleges is to train elevator installation and maintenance professionals of high quality for the country and the society. There are many problems in the course of elevator maintenance and repair. For example， the teaching quality is low。 How to solve this problem， our teaching team has explored a new idea suitable for the teaching of elevator engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges after years of teaching research and practice.， The way achieved certain results in improving the professional teaching quality and cultivating technical talents suitable for the needs of social development.

随着我国全面建成小康社会和城镇化建设的快速发展，电梯行业迅速发展，人才需求量剧增，所以高职院校培养大批高素质、技术技能型电梯行业的专业人员是解决目前行业人才急需的有效途径，要实现这一人才培养目标的关键是提升专业教学质量。我们学院教学团队经过多年教学研究，将教学过程与工作过程对接，课程内容与职业任务对接，按照行业、企业、岗位要求对学生进行培养，围绕电梯专业职业岗位的实际需求，借助于部队院校“实战化”教学模式，在电梯专业课程教学中积极探索与实践。以职业能力培养为主线，以电梯实训设备为教学载体，专业教师按照实际工作任务来组织教学，实践探索高职院校电梯工程技术专业教学新思路，在提高专业教学质量，培养适合社会发展需要的专业技术人才方面取得了一定成效。……
