The Role and Effective Strategies for Enterprises to Carry Out League Building Work

【摘  要】团建工作是当前企业在发展过程中的重点工作内容，可以增强企业员工的整体凝聚力，提升员工对企业的信任度，对于促进企业稳定发展有着重要的意义和作用。但是目前企业团建工作存在较多问题，影响了团建工作的效率。基于此，论文分析了企业开展团建工作的作用、存在问题以及有效策略，以期为企业团建活动的组织和开展提供有效参考意见。

【Abstract】League building work is the key work content in the current development process of the enterprise， which can enhance the overall cohesion of the enterprise staff， improve the staff's trust in the enterprise， and has important significance and role in promoting the stable development of the enterprise. But at present， there are many problems existing in the League building work， which affect the efficiency of the League building work. Based on this， the paper analyzes the role， existing problems and effective strategies of enterprises to carry out the League building work， so as to provide effective reference suggestions for the organization and development of the League building activities in enterprises.

1 引言

进入21世纪之后，团建工作开始被企业所重视，并且成为企业在日常管理中所重视的定期活动，通过各种户外活动、拓展训练、体验式课程使得企业团队执行力大幅度上升，调动了员工的工作积极性，为员工提供了放松的机会。因此，現代化企业必须认识到企业团建工作的存在意义，可以利用新的理念对团建工作形式进行创新。

2 企业团建工作的作用

2.1 增强团队凝聚力

凝聚力是企业在发展过程中最为重视的因素之一，只有强大的凝聚力才能让企业员工为企业的发展贡献出自己的力量，而团建最为重要的作用是增强企业团队凝聚力。在团建活动中员工和领导之间可以进行轻松的沟通，充分融入企业团体中，在企业员工之间搭建情感交流纽带，消除企业员工在工作之间的矛盾问题。企业中部门较多，各个部门在工作中经常会出现合作不顺畅的问题，通过团建工作可以让员工联合起来共同面对问题，同时，还可以提高团队的默契度，使团队在共同攻克困难后形成更加坚定的团队协作意识，从而增强团队整体凝聚力。……
