Research on the Evaluation System of Ideological and Political Work in Construction Enterprises

【摘  要】进入新时代，在国内大循环、国内国际双循环的新发展格局下，企业迎来了重要的发展机遇，但同时企业的思政工作需要作出相应的调整。只有对思政工作模式进行改革才能解决面临的问题。对于建筑企业而言，思政工作是保证企业稳定发展的重要基础。论文主要对思想政治工作对建筑企业的重要作用、存在的问题与解决对策进行了研究、分析和探讨，以供参考。

【Abstract】Entering the new era， under the new development pattern of domestic large circulation and domestic and international dual circulation， enterprises have ushered in important development opportunities， but at the same time， the ideological and political work of enterprises also needs to be adjusted accordingly. Only by reforming the ideological and political work mode can we solve the problems that we face. For construction enterprises， ideological and political work is an important basis for the stable development of enterprises. This paper mainly studies， analyzes and discusses the important role of ideological and political work to construction enterprises， existing problems and solutions， for reference.

1 思想政治工作在建筑企业发展中的作用

十年企业靠经营，百年企业靠文化，企业的思想政治工作是参与市场竞争大潮中的核心竞争力，不断积累无形资产和精神原动力，激发和引领企业员工团队创造力和创新力，提高企业的综合实力。

就建筑企业而言，改革和发展是永恒的主题，思想政治工作能够有效地统一思想，协调团队求大同，存小异，站在讲政治的高度，发挥思想政治工作的职能和作用，推动切实可行的改革发展方案顺利出台，从而改善企业内部氛围，形成和谐、勇往直前、爱岗敬业、管理有序的工作氛围，为企业活动的开展打下坚实基础。

2 建筑企业思想政治工作概述

2.1 坚持以人为本和针对性原则

企业职工的思想认知受到了现代化社会的影响，呈现出多元化的倾向，在思维模式和三观方面存在较多的差异。为了保证企业业务活动目标的有效落实，提高职工队伍稳定性，需要将以人为本理念融入思政工作中，利用各种手段对企业职工实施思想教育。……
