摘  要：目前，高校在创新创业教育中取得了一系列成果，但在人才培养过程中过分关注科技成果转化和知识的资本化，没有将人才价值观的培养结合到创新创业教育中，致使创新创业教育的层次不高，创新活力受限。文章在我国新旧动能转换的时代背景下，提出将儒家优秀传统文化渗透到高校人才的创新创业教育中：结合新旧动能转换对高水平应用型、创新型人才的需求，培养学生的进取意识、诚信意识及忧患意识;重视学生在创新创业活动中的职业道德培养;塑造高校人才远大的人生理想和社会责任感。通过儒家优秀传统文化的渗透，能有效提高我国高校创新创业人才的培养质量，提高创新创业活动的层次和稳定性，增强我国经济发展的内生动力，促进新旧动能产业转型的高效与稳定发展。

Abstract： At present， colleges and universities have obtained a series of achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship education. However， in the process of talent training， there are much attention has been paid to the transformation of scientific and technological outcome and the capitalization of knowledge， but the cultivation of talent values was not integrated into the innovation and entrepreneurship education resulting in the innovation and entrepreneurship education remains at a low level， and the innovation vitality is limited. Under the background of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in our country， this paper puts forward that the Confucian excellent traditional culture should be put into the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college undergraduates. It is necessary to combine the requirements of new and old kinetic energy conversion for high-level application and innovative undergraduates， cultivate students' enterprising consciousness and integrity awareness and sense of danger; pay more attention to the cultivation of students' professional ethics in innovation and entrepreneurship activities and shape the ambitious life ideals and social responsibility of the undergraduates. Through the penetration of the excellent traditional culture of Confucianism， it can effectively improve the cultivation quality of innovative and entrepreneurial undergraduates in the universities， and improve the level and stability of innovative and entrepreneurial activities. Meanwhile， it also can enhance the endogenous power of China's economic development， and promote the efficient and stable development of new and old kinetic energy industry transformation.
