摘  要：法学创新创业课程在高等院校开设时间尚短，该课程体系建设的不完善限制了法学专业创新创业教育的有效开展。文章阐述法学创新创业课程教学的现状，论证大学生创新创业竞赛与法学创新创业课程融合的可行性，并以该竞赛为导向对法学创新创业课程改革进行探索，完善其课程教学设计，以推动法学创新创业教育的进一步深化。

Abstract： The course of legal innovation entrepreneurship has not been offered for a long time in colleges and universities. The imperfection of the curriculum system restricts the effective development of legal innovation entrepreneurship education. The paper illustrates the status quo of legal innovation entrepreneurship curriculum teaching and demonstrates the feasibility of integration of college students' innovation entrepreneurship competition with legal innovation entrepreneurship course. Based on the competition， this article explores the curriculum reform of legal innovation entrepreneurship. To promote the further deepening of legal innovation entrepreneurship education， this paper propounds the improved proposal of the course's curriculum teaching design.

一、问题的提出

自2016年，教育部为深化我国高等学校創新创业教育改革，提出所有高校均对全体学生开设创新创业教育课程，并将该课程纳入学分管理。自此，各高校各专业相继修订教学计划，与专业教育相结合的创新创业课程也正式进入法学学生的培养方案。2017年9月，法学创新创业课程在我国高等学校落地实施。因而法学创新创业课程作为法学专业的限选课程，开设时间尚短，目前未形成成熟的课程教学模式能予以推广。[1]同时局限于法学专业的文科特性，创新创业教育在法学教育理念中未给予充分重视，因而创新创业课程在法学专业教育中未发挥出应有的作用。

2019年7月教育部公布《国家级大学生创新创业训练计划管理办法》，提出以大学生创新创业竞赛为牵引，带动职业教育、基础教育深化教学改革，切实提高学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力。创新创业竞赛已然成为高等学校创新创业教育成果展示的重要渠道，更是提升创新创业教育成效的重要途径。……
