摘  要：沟通是人与人之间独有的联系方式，良好的沟通可以消除彼此的对立情绪，有效拉近两个人的距离，从而维持良好的人际关系。班主任虽然是小学班级管理工作的实施者，但是在管理当中也要重视语言的艺术与沟通的艺术，与学生之间建立友好、融洽的关系，只有这样才能为班级整体管理水平的提高带来保障。基于此，本文主要就小学班主任管理工作中运用沟通艺术的意义进行阐述，并提出了几点具体的应用方法。

Research on the Application of Communication Art in the Management of Primary School Teachers

【Abstract】Communication is a unique way of contact between people. Good communication can eliminate the opposition between each other，effectively shorten the distance between two people，so as to maintain a good interpersonal relationship. Although the head teacher is the implementer of primary school class management，but in the management，we should also pay attention to the art of language and communication，and establish a friendly and harmonious relationship with students. Only in this way can we guarantee the improvement of the overall management level of the class. Based on this，this paper mainly expounds the significance of the use of communication art in the management of primary school head teachers，and puts forward some specific application methods.

與学生进行及时沟通与互动不仅仅是班主任开展班级管理工作的主要途径，同时也是每一位人民教职工的基本职责。班主任想要有效提升班级管理工作的实施成效，定然要主动与学生进行沟通与互动，需要注意的是，沟通并不是单纯的与学生展开对话，而是通过更加完善的沟通方式与表达技巧，向学生传达自己内心真实的想法，只有这样，才可以建立和谐、融洽的师生关系，促使学生明白班主任的良苦用心，从而更愿意接受班主任的思想指引，进而为综合能力的发展奠定基础。

1.沟通艺术在小学班主任管理工作中的意义

（1）建立良好的师生关系

传统教学中，班主任是班级管理的主导者，学生对于班主任带有敬畏感，遇到事情不愿意与教师进行主动的沟通，同时，教师也将教学重点放在了成绩上，导致师生关系紧张，无法建立和谐的师生关系，教师对于学生的管理仅止于成绩和纪律方面，无法有效帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观。……
