摘  要：由于信息技术的快速发展，人们已经进入了多元化的网络时代，互联网影响着我们的生活、学习、工作等，对于我国小学德育教育也造成一定影响。小学德育教育是新时代教育工作的重点内容，如何有效开展小学德育教育工作是当前教育们应该考虑的问题，小学生在各个方面都尚处于未成熟的时期，受到互联网冲击以后抵御其不良影响的能力较低，这为当前小学德育教育提出了新的新挑战，在互联网+教育的时代背景下，小学德育教育工作重点应放在：创建新的小学德育体系、加强对于小学德育教育的重视、营造良好的小学德育环境等，将线上线下教育相结合，自我教育学校教育相结合，将现代化信息技术引入小学德育教育工作中去，建立学生、家长、学校三方面的沟通桥梁，践行新的小学德育教育模式，帮助小学生加强应对网络不良信息能力，让他们形成正确的人生观、价值观，塑造良好的个人素质和品格。

【Abstract】Due to the rapid development of information technology，people have entered a diversified network era，the Internet affects our life，study，work，etc.，for Chinas primary school moral education has also caused a certain impact. Primary school moral education is the key content of new times education work，how to effectively carry out primary school moral education work is the current education should consider the problem，primary school students in all aspects，is still in the immature period after a hit from the Internet to resist the bad influence of ability is low，it puts forward a new new challenge for current moral education，under the background of the era of Internet + education，elementary school moral education work should focus on：Create a new primary school moral education system，strengthen to the attention of the primary school moral education，build good moral environment，etc.，will be online education，the combination of self education school education，the combination of the modern information technology is introduced into elementary school moral education work，set up three aspects of the students，parents，school bridge，practice of the new primary school moral education mode，help students to strengthen the ability to cope with bad information network，make them form a correct outlook on life，values，shaping a good personal qualities and character.

1.現代教育技术在小学德育中的应用
