摘  要：初中阶段是学生快速成长的重要阶段，在这一时期，学生面对的人生困惑越来越多，也是他们学习人生各种智慧的重要阶段。在这一时期，学校教育工作者除了关注学生的学习外，还要关注学生的人生观确立，指引学生形成积极的人生情感和素质。而在当下，中学生的各种情感素质中，学生的感恩意识是不可缺少的教育主题之一。为此，初中班主任要结合初中生的发展特点和生长需求为他们进行一定的感恩教育与引领。本文提出了在初中班级管理中渗透感恩教育的现状，提出了具体的渗透感恩教育的策略。

Strategies to Infiltrate Thanksgiving Education in the Management of Junior Middle School Classes

【Abstract】The junior high school stage is an important stage for students' rapid growth. During this period，students face more and more life puzzles，and it is also an important stage for them to learn the wisdom of life. During this period，in addition to paying attention to students' learning，school educators should also pay attention to the establishment of students' outlook on life，and guide students to form positive life emotions and qualities. At present，among the various emotional qualities of middle school students，students' sense of gratitude is one of the indispensable educational themes. For this reason，the junior high school class teacher should give them a certain amount of gratitude education and guidance based on the development characteristics and growth needs of junior high school students. This article puts forward the current situation of permeating gratitude education in the management of junior high school classes，and proposes specific strategies for permeating gratitude education.

1.在初中班級管理中渗透感恩教育的现状

（1）感恩教育重视不足

在目前的初中教学中，因为多数教师受传统教育的影响较深，他们更愿意将教学精力放在关注学生学习方面，而对学生的情感教育、心理健康教育关注明显不够。在现代日渐富裕的生活背景下，多数初中生的生活条件变好了，他们过着衣来伸手饭来张口的幸福安稳生活，习惯了父母的庇护和忍让，在学生的意识里，他们就该过这种生活。还有部分初中生的父母不得已要到外地上班，但是父母也尽其所能满足学生的需求，在花钱和物质方面让学生不受委屈。在长期的花钱如流水生活中，初中生对金钱没有概念，对父母的付出习以为常，呈现出享受、自以为是、攀比等心理;还有部分学生在长期的养尊处优的生活中，对他人、对家人的关爱不够，在班集体中的荣誉感不强，对同学和教师缺乏尊重意识等等。……
