摘  要：以幼儿的发展为根本，重视大班幼儿区域活动已经成为近年来幼儿园课程开展过程当中的主要内容。区域活动为幼儿喜爱的活动，其操作性强，而且样式灵活多变，在一定程度上为幼儿参与其中提供了平台，也为幼儿的自我管理能力的提升打下了基础，培养了幼儿自我学习、自我探索、自我发现、自我思考、自我操作的能力，使得幼儿能够在活动之中实现与其他幼儿的互动，在互动过程当中，增强了自我管理能力。基于此背景，本文以大班幼儿区域活动自我管理能力提升策略为方向展开讨论，旨在为幼儿工作者提供相应的参考。

Discussion on Self-Management Ability of Regional Children's Activities in Large Class

【Absrtact】Taking the development of children as the foundation，paying attention to the regional activities of large class children has become the main content of kindergarten curriculum development in recent years. Regional activities for children's favorite activities，its strong operability，and flexible style，to a certain extent for children to participate in the platform，but also for children's self-management ability to lay the foundation，cultivate children's self-learning，self-exploration，self-discovery，self-thinking，self-operation ability，so that children can achieve interaction with other children in the activities，in the process of interaction，enhance self-management ability. Based on this background，this paper discusses the strategy of self-management ability improvement in large class children's regional activities in order to provide corresponding reference for children workers.

区域活动是幼儿独立学习、独立探索、独立发现的活动，有利于个体的充分发展，但是在大部分的幼儿园区域活动当中，由于考虑到幼儿年龄、心理特点的局限性，害怕幼儿在活动当中出现意外，如此活动通常不是以幼儿自主活动为主，而是幼儿被动的参与活动之中，而且活动的操作水平也不太高，这种有教师指导的活动无疑限制了幼儿的发展。由于教师在指导过程当中无法做到面面俱到，通常会出现顾此失彼的现象，而幼儿阶段又是获得能力、获得成长的关键时期，所以需要培养大班幼儿的区域自我管理能力，这样才能够使其独立的完成探索，在活动当中获得成长。幼儿拥有自我管理能力，同样也是幼……
