摘  要：新时期社会背景下，教育改革进程不断深入，不仅要求着学校为学生提供更优质的教育资源，也要求着教师自身能够作出有效的转变，提高教师素养与能力。中小学教师科研能力是影响教师教学水平、创新意识、探究意识的关键性能力。但当前在中小学教师科研能力的培养中，还存在的多种不足，影响着教师科研意识的形成与科研能力的激发，因此，更需要构建起多层次支持系统，为中小学教师科研提供良好的支持，促进教学个人的职业发展。

How to build a multi-level support system for primary and secondary school teachers' scientific research

【Abstract】Under the social background in the new era，the continuous deepening of education reform not only requires schools to provide students with better educational resources，but also requires teachers themselves to make effective changes to improve teachers' quality and ability. The scientific research ability of primary and secondary school teachers is the key ability that affects their teaching level，innovation consciousness and exploration consciousness. However，in the current training of primary and secondary school teachers' scientific research ability，there are still many deficiencies，which affect the formation of teachers' scientific research consciousness and the stimulation of their scientific research ability. Therefore，it is more necessary to build a multi-level support system to provide good support for primary and secondary school teachers' scientific research and promote the professional development of teaching individuals.

中小學教育科学研究是创新教育思想、教学模式、教育方法的重要方式，更是造就一批教育家的重要基础。新时期教育背景下，教师科研队伍的建设是“科研兴校”的重要支持，更需要各级各类学校提高对于教师科研的投入力度，建设教师科研队伍，引导教师投身教育科学研究工作中，为教育教学提供新的思想，输注新鲜血液。因此，在构建中小学教师科研多层次支持系统中，还需要多方发力，走出当前中小学教师科研困境，提高教师科研水平。

1.中小学教师科研现状及困境分析

教师展开科研活动，不仅能够提高自身科学研究水平、专业素养与教学能力，也能够激发教师探索欲望，形成对教学新的认识。但当前在中小学校中，教师对于科研的重视性较低，许多教师不了解科研，也存在许多教师认为科研缺少实际作用，更有对科研定位不清反对科研的情况存在。……
