摘  要：随着新课程教育的不断改革，也对初中物理教学提出了相应要求标准。明确提出，要不断加强分层教学法在初中物理教学中的运用。实现分层教学在初中物理实验教学中合理的运用，不仅可以有效地提高物理實验教学质量，同时还可以避免各班级学生之间在物理学习方面个体差异问题的出现。由此我们可以看出分层教学的运用是至关重要的。因此，本文就分层教学在初中物理教学中的运用进行了简单的阐述与分析。

Application of layered teaching method in junior high school physics teaching

【Abstract】With the continuous reform of the new curriculum education，it also puts forward the corresponding requirements and standards for junior high school physics teaching. Clearly put forward，we should continue to strengthen the use of hierarchical teaching method in junior high school physics teaching. The reasonable application of hierarchical teaching in junior high school physics experiment teaching can not only effectively improve the quality of physics experiment teaching，but also avoid the emergence of individual differences in physics learning among students in each class. From this we can see that the use of hierarchical teaching is crucial. Therefore，this paper makes a simple elaboration and Analysis on the application of hierarchical teaching in junior high school physics teaching.

1.分层教学法的定义

分层教学法就是在教学活动中为了提高教学效果，老师灵活运用各种教学手段，按照教学任务要求设立不同层次、不同等级的教学目标，并对不同层次的学生开展有对每个人针对性的教学方法。实际教学过程中，要明确不同层次的教学任务范围和目标要求，让各个层次学生在自己的接受范围内获得最大的提升和进步，并寻求突破获得更高层次的发展。从另一个角度来说，分层教学法与因材施教的理念是相互呼应的，是分类教学的一种表现形式。初中物理实验教学中采用分层教学法，主要目的是为了解决在物理实验学习过程中每个学生学习情况、学习能力各有所差异。在给学生按照一定标准合理分层的基础上，对不同层次的初中学生制定最合理的实验学习目标，灵活采用有效的教学方法，推动初中物理实验教学质量的稳步提高和物理教学工作的不断向前推进。……
