摘  要：近年我国高校安全事故频发，严重威胁着学校师生的人身健康和财产安全，高校安全教育已成为我国高等教育的重要议题。尤其是在2020年新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来，随着信息技术的快速发展以微信、微博、短视频、网络直播等為载体的新媒体平台迅速影响着当代大学生的学习和生活，同时也为高校安全教育工作提供了新的思路和方法。文章在分析当代高校安全教育存在的问题的基础上，重点阐述以新媒体平台为安全教育载体的优势，探索基于新媒体平台构建大学生安全教育新模式、新路径，以提升新形势下高校安全教育的参与性、针对性和实效性。

Abstract： In recent years， the frequent occurrence of safety accidents in colleges and universities has seriously threatened the personal health and property safety of teachers and students in colleges and universities. Safety education in colleges and universities has become an important topic of higher education in China. With the rapid development of information technology， the new media platform with wechat， microblog， short video， live broadcast and other carriers has a rapid impact on the study and life of contemporary college students， and also provides new ideas and methods for the safety education in colleges and universities especially since the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in 2020. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the safety education in contemporary colleges and universities， this paper focuses on the advantages of taking the new media platform as the carrier of safety education， and explores the new mode and new path of college students & apos; safety education based on the new media platform， so as to enhance the participation， pertinence and effectiveness of safety education in colleges and universities under the new situation.

高校是我国教育事业的尖刀、龙头，是为社会输送高级人才的重要渠道，高校的安全环境为推动高等教育改革发展提供了坚强的保障，而高校安全教育是高校安全环境的重中之重。新冠肺炎疫情的爆发，移动互联网以及新媒体技术的快速发展，以微信、微博、短视频、网络直播等构成的新媒体平台拓宽了传统媒体的信息传播渠道，丰富了信息传播内容，成为了当代大学生接收信息的主要载体。新媒体的快速发展带来的不仅是传播手段或传播方式的变化，更可为开展高校安全教育工作开辟新途径与新尝试。如何适应新的形势变化，积极发挥新媒体平台的重要价值，创造性地开展基于新媒体平台的大学生安全教育无疑是一种有益尝试。……
