摘  要：课程游戏化教学的尝试，体现了以幼儿为主的课堂教学理念，以迎合幼儿目前学习特性来更好地的满足幼儿的学习需求，从而达到幼儿园教学的最终目的。而对于大班幼儿的管理与教学，教师在注重课程游戏化教学活动本身的趣味性、游戏性、生活性、以及寓教于乐性的过程中，更需要侧重培养学生的自主学习能力和自主管理能力。在基于游戏化教育背景之下，通过科学、合理、可持续的教学策略、方式方法进一步引导学生、培养学生进行自主管理。

——Self management of large class children under the background of curriculum Gamification

【Abstract】The attempt of course game teaching reflects the classroom teaching concept of children as the main body，in order to cater to the current learning characteristics of children to better meet the learning needs of children，so as to achieve the ultimate goal of kindergarten teaching. For the management and teaching of large class children，teachers need to focus on the cultivation of students' self-learning ability and self-management ability in the process of paying attention to the interest，game，life and entertainment of the course game teaching activities. Under the background of game education，we should further guide and train students to manage themselves through scientific，reasonable and sustainable teaching strategies and methods.

游戏是幼儿生活中非常重要的一部分，也是目前幼儿园进行教育教学最基本的活动形式，既能帮助孩子释放天性，又能够达到寓教于乐的教学目的，有利于促进幼儿健康成长、全面发展。所以，在课程游戏化背景之下，幼儿园应该根据幼儿的实际情况，积极的实施课程游戏化建设，教师在这一过程中更应该积极地探索课程游戏化如何才能更好地实现促进幼儿自助管理能力发展提升的有效策略、途径、方式方法等等。

1.课程游戏化背景下，教育理念更新是首要

由于教育的改革，新课程标准的提出，教师这一职业目前迎来了前所未有的挑战。作为一名当代幼儿教师想要在时代的浪潮中站住脚步，在教学方面就需要首先做到自身教育理念随时代的发展而更新，只有教师自身的教育理念、思想观念随时代的变化不断更新，教学才能真正意义上做到与时俱进。……
