摘  要：在学生的成长过程中，学校与家庭教育是不可分割的共同体，只有两者相互配合、步调一致，才能形成教育合力，共同促进学生发展。而班主任作为家校共育的枢纽，在开展家校共育工作中必须要讲究策略，提高家校共育成效，方可达到1+1>2的育人效果。基于此，本文立足班主任视角，首先探讨了当前小学班主任在开展家校共育所存在的问题，并从五个方面提出了班主任开展家校共育的策略，以期能够为其他班主任提供参考借鉴。

On the strategies of effective family school co education of primary school head teachers

【Abstract】In the process of students' growth，school and family education are an inseparable community. Only when they cooperate with each other and keep pace can they form a joint force to promote students' development. As the hub of home school co education，the head teacher must pay attention to the strategy in the work of home school co education，and improve the effect of home school co education，so as to achieve the effect of 1 + 1 > 2. Based on this，based on the perspective of the head teacher，this paper first discusses the existing problems of the current primary school head teacher in carrying out the home school co education，and puts forward the strategies of the head teacher in carrying out the home school co education from five aspects，in order to provide reference for other head teachers.

随着时代的不断发展，青年一代的学生家长文化水平普遍提升，对子女在校学习情况比较关注，尤其重视其全面发展，因此对家校共育理念认可度更高。但新时代下，学生多为独生子女，溺爱现象尤为严重，又削弱了家校共育效果;而随着留守儿童、流动学生的增多，也给家校共育工作带来了挑战。总而言之，如今家校共育不仅面临着发展机遇，同时也面临着诸多考验，给小学班主任工作的开展提出了全新的要求，需要班主任集思广益、与时俱进、不断创新，方能在教育管理中落实家校共育。

1.小学家校共育存在的问题

（1）沟通时间少，未建立长效机制

就目前小学家校合作开展情况来看，通常只有当学生成绩下滑，或是违法纪律、出现思想偏差时，教师才会与家长进行沟通联系，而这样接触其目的在于解决当下学生存在的问题，家校共育缺乏深度，一般情况下这种交流时间短，具有较强的针对性，一旦问题得以解决，后续交流中断，导致家校之间缺乏一种长期合作意识。而且……
