摘  要：本文主要论述了广大农村地区的幼儿园教师要认识到挫折能力的培养，对于幼儿身心健康成长的意义，要充分认识到家庭教育在优化幼儿抗挫素养中的重要作用，积极动员家长参与到幼儿抗挫折教育中。从而在家园共同努力下为幼儿创造一个良好的抗挫折能力培养环境，为幼儿积极观念思想的形成与发展奠定坚实的基础。

Countermeasures to Improve Children's Anti-frustration Ability under the Co-education of Rural Kindergarten Home

[Abstract]： This article mainly discusses that kindergarten teachers in the vast rural areas should recognize the cultivation of frustration ability and the significance of childrens physical and mental health. They should fully realize the important role of family education in optimizing childrens frustration ability，and actively mobilize parents to participate Early childhood anti-frustration education. Therefore，with the joint efforts of the home，a good environment for the development of anti-frustration ability for children is created，and a solid foundation is laid for the formation and development of positive ideas and thoughts for children.

随着经济发展水平的越来越高，家长对孩子的溺爱也在与日俱增，很多幼儿在父母的过分保护下，一旦面对挫折就显得无所适从。幼儿抗挫折能力的培养在过去很长一段时间里得不到重视，尤其是广大农村地区，教师认为幼儿教育的主要目的是提高生活能力，提升文化知识水平，在这种片面教育思想的指导下，幼儿心理教育得不到重视，其中就包括幼儿抗挫折能力的培养。因此，在教育新时期，大量的幼儿在面对挫折时采取的极端案例，说明了对农村地区幼儿进行抗挫折教育已经势在必行。而且对幼儿进行抗挫折教育不能仅依靠幼儿园的“六个小时”，更应该是不间断、全天候的，所以，家庭教育不能拖后腿，更不能缺位。

1.幼儿抗挫折教育的现状

幼儿抗挫能力指的是幼儿能够忍受抵抗和排解挫折的能力，它包括两个方面，分别是挫折耐受力和挫折排解力，这是当下社会我们应具备的一种生存能力。……
