摘  要：在我国经济社会不断发展的今天，城市各方面的发展越来越快，城乡结构也发生了很大变化。从教育的角度来说，城市和农村的教学质量和水平有着较大的差异，农村寄宿制学校中学生的心理健康和人格健全问题越来越突出，影响着学生的身心健康发展，必须提起足够的重视和关注。因此，本文将以农村寄宿制学校学生健全人格培养策略为题展开论述。

Strategies for cultivating students' sound personality in rural boarding schools

【Abstract】With the continuous development of China's economy and society，all aspects of the city are developing faster and faster，and the urban-rural structure has also undergone great changes. From the perspective of education，there are great differences in the quality and level of teaching between urban and rural areas. The mental health and personality of rural boarding school students are becoming more and more prominent，which affects the physical and mental health of students. We must pay enough attention to it. Therefore，this article will take the rural boarding school students' healthy personality training strategy as the topic to discuss.

在当前农村，由于城乡差异的逐渐增大，越来越多的农村人员选择进入城市务工，导致农村人口大量的向城市聚集，使农村留守儿童数量增多，所带来的相应问题也更加突出。最主要的问题就是留守儿童的教育问题，尤其是在农村寄宿学校中的學生，人格品质等方面的引导和教育更加重要，如何培养寄宿学生健全的人格，笔者即将开展分析和论述。

1.学校提升重视，全面培育学生

所谓的健全人格就是人格的正常和谐的发展，从心理学的角度来说，可以将健全人格从五个维度来定义，即性格、人格品质、责任感、情绪稳定和思维开放性，我们把一个人人格发展过程中出现的不平衡、不协调的情形称为人格不健全，而当一个人的人格发展出现了偏离或称障碍时，我们就需要对之加以纠正和解决，这个过程就是培养人格健全的过程。健全的人格不仅仅对学生学习阶段造成影响，更是对学生今后一生的发展和生活都起着关键的影响和作用，必须对健全人格培养的问题提起重视和关注。……
