摘  要：社会在进步，越来越多的虎妈狼爸们开始重视赏识教育，凭借先进理念审视以往表扬手段及成效，找到其中不足有方向的改进，懂得通过鼓励来帮助孩子健康成长，使之身心在愉悦环境下得到极大程度发展。表扬即是对孩子已完成的事情或已发生之行为等进行点评的手段，也是家长在批评之外常用的教育方法，但部分家长在进行表扬时将重点放在已产生的行为，对其未来成长和未发生行为的引导有所忽视，继而走入教育误区。为此，家長在进行表扬时开始注重具体内容指向性，强化孩子对行为的判断能力，通过实事求是的表扬，指明其优点，使孩子对社会现象和自身行为作出解释与判断，彰显正确表扬的实效性，继而才能让其做到全方位成长。

【Abstract】As society is progressing，more and more tiger mothers and wolf fathers are beginning to pay attention to appreciation education. They use advanced concepts to examine the past praise methods and results，find deficiencies and directional improvements，and know how to help children grow up healthily through encouragement. The body and mind are greatly developed in a pleasant environment. Praise is a means of commenting on what the child has done or behaviors that have occurred. It is also a commonly used educational method for parents in addition to criticism. However，some parents put emphasis on the behaviors that have occurred when giving praise to their future. The guidance of growth and non-occurrence of behavior is ignored，and then into the education misunderstanding. For this reason，parents began to pay attention to specific content orientation when giving praise，strengthen children's ability to judge behavior，and point out its advantages through realistic praise，so that children can explain and judge social phenomena and their own behavior，and demonstrate the effectiveness of correct praise Sex，and then it can grow in all directions.

新时期下，学校教育离不开家长的配合，通过多方结合来保证当代学生能够健康且全面的成长，故家长借助赏识教育这一先进理念来对学生做到正确表扬，在鼓励效用下促进其自信形成和自尊的强化，使之带着阳光向上的心态参与后续课堂活动和生活。家长结合孩子实际情况，改变以往错误表扬方式，在具体化表扬中使孩子看清自身缺点，有针对性改进，借助批评与表扬的结合来彰显个性化鼓励，通过丰富的表扬语言，凸显暗示效用，减少给孩子带来的心理伤害，与之喜好契合而让其易于接受表扬和自身不足，避免其目中无人，彰显全面化教育。……
